PRICING
Prices are in British pounds and all purchases are managed using Big Cartel's platform which include off-site checkout with PayPal. Work will be sent within seven days of purchase.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING
The artwork will be posted with a tracking code & requires signature confirmation of delivery. All items are carefully packaged in either industrial tubes, hand-made boxes or air bubble envelopes, inspected and finally photographed for our own records prior to shipment.
PLEASE NOTE:
Customs and import duties may be applied to orders outside the UK when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
RETURNS POLICY
Returned goods require an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Please contact us, via our online form in Big Cartel, within seven days of delivery to obtain the correct paperwork to return with your package. All items must be returned in a new & saleable condition, within 28 days of receipt for credit to be issued. All postage costs are covered by the customer. Custom products or modified versions of standard products are final sale & cannot be returned or exchanged.
DAMAGED GOODS
Please examine your order upon arrival for any damage. If items have arrived damaged a replacement will be sent only if the damage is reported within five days of delivery. The original packaging is kept for inspection by the carrier. You will be required to document the damage with photographs. Please contact us via our online form in Big Cartel if this has happened to you.
ORIGINAL WORK
All original works are hand signed by the artist & created once. Tommy uses a local craftsman to build all of his canvases so the work is bespoke & quality is closely controlled. All requirements are made by the artist to produced work to a high standard.
PRINTS
All original works are hand signed by the artist & giclée prints produced in limited edition of no more than 50. Printed in his West London studio on an Epson Stylus Pro 9880 Large Format Printer. He uses Sommerset Satin 300gsm made from 100% cotton mould-made paper. The Fabric work will be created without any of the typography. 
BOOK
Tate to Tate was initially published in paperback by Jonathan Cape. The artist was given the right to produce 250 limited edition copies of the concertina bound book, 140x210mm & over nine metres long. The work is giclée printed at 600dpi in full colour. Drawn, printed & produced solely by the artist.
